Sustainability commitments often exist, but embedding them into daily decisions, leadership practices, and team culture remains a challenge.


With Meraki began as a certified organic farm and lifestyle platform committed to permaculture, natural farming, and holistic wellness. The leadership vision was clear: sustainability must be practiced not just in farming systems, but in everyday life and team culture. The challenge was to translate purpose and values into daily habits, programs, and experiences — creating a model where sustainability is lived, not just said

  • Activated the Live Better program through farm-based experiences, workshops, and corporate wellness offerings

  • Built participatory systems for team engagement, supported by tools such as climate culture kits, facilitation labs, and Train-the-Trainer models

  • Co-created Live Better with Meraki, a wellness and sustainability program structured around four pillars: Eat Wisely, Move Naturally, Purposeful Outlook, and Meaningful Connections

  • Integrated tools from facilitation, improvisation, and narrative ethics to help leaders and teams turn values into daily actions

  • Embedded sustainability practices into training, storytelling, and participatory decision-making frameworks.

The Outcome
