With Meraki – Live Better Program
Embedding Sustainability in Everyday Culture
The Challenge
Turning values into lived culture
Sustainability commitments often exist, but embedding them into daily decisions, leadership practices, and team culture remains a challenge.
With Meraki began as a certified organic farm and lifestyle platform committed to permaculture, natural farming, and holistic wellness. The leadership vision was clear: sustainability must be practiced not just in farming systems, but in everyday life and team culture. The challenge was to translate purpose and values into daily habits, programs, and experiences — creating a model where sustainability is lived, not just said
Ampersand's
Approach
Deliver
Activated the Live Better program through farm-based experiences, workshops, and corporate wellness offerings
Built participatory systems for team engagement, supported by tools such as climate culture kits, facilitation labs, and Train-the-Trainer models
Aligned brand storytelling and team practices to ensure coherence between internal culture and external experience.

Diagnose
Identified cultural touchpoints where sustainability could be activated (team routines, leadership presence, decision-making).
Assessed employee engagement, wellness practices, and alignment with sustainability goals
Design
Co-created Live Better with Meraki, a wellness and sustainability program structured around four pillars: Eat Wisely, Move Naturally, Purposeful Outlook, and Meaningful Connections
Integrated tools from facilitation, improvisation, and narrative ethics to help leaders and teams turn values into daily actions
Embedded sustainability practices into training, storytelling, and participatory decision-making frameworks.

The Outcome
Sustainability as lived practice — teams embody values daily, from farm operations to program design.
Engaged employees and stakeholders — higher participation, stronger purpose alignment, and improved wellness across the organization.
Scalable culture model — Live Better became a replicable program for SMEs and corporates seeking to integrate wellness and sustainability.
Stronger stakeholder trust — employees, partners, and customers experienced sustainability not as a slogan, but as a lifestyle they could join and replicate.
Long-term resilience — culture became a driver of both social impact and business continuity, reinforcing With Meraki’s position as a sustainability pioneer
Ampersand's
Value
With Meraki’s journey shows how Ampersand’s Culture & Capability services help organizations move from policy to practice — turning values into lived culture, building resilient teams, and creating programs that not only engage employees but also inspire communities to live better, sustainably.
Through Culture & Capability, Ampersand helps leaders and teams bring sustainability commitments to life. We embed new practices into daily decisions, leadership behaviors, and team culture, making sustainability lived rather than left on paper.
By closing culture gaps, we enable organizations to improve service delivery, reduce waste, and boost both employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
